By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Some terms can be discussed, so contact me for any questions.

1. General Terms:
>Pricings listed are not final, adjustments might be made depending on different factors
>Pricings listed are for non-commercial purposes, please contact for commercial pricing
>I am able to post the finished product on social media (however, this term can be discussed)
>Anything reasonable can be discussed. Just reach out to me!

2. Commissioning, Process, and Revisions
>please be as specific as possible when reaching out to me for a commission, as it would make it easier for both sides
>the commissioner will be informed when I have started on the commission
>2 or 3 progress snapshots of the commission will be sent during the progress. 2 revisions in total will be allowed after receiving these progress snapshots
>first progress snapshot: thumbnail
>second progress snapshot: Lineart/colour blocking
>third progress snapshot: rendering process (or no third snapshot)
>any extremely drastic revisions can be declined

3. Time and Delay
>the commission may take a week to a month
>I will try to finish the commission as soon as possible however, certain things like school and/or other issues may affect the time taken to completion
>The commissioner will be informed right away if something has come up and has halted the progress

4. I will not draw:
>furries
>oversexualizes content
>politcal art
>art that promotes hate towards a certain individual of groups of people
>I hold the right to refuse any commission that I do not have the ability to draw or do not want to draw

5. Payment
>I accept Canadian currency (CAD)

>Payment can be done through PayPal or EMT (email money transfer: melonthefrog@gmail.com)
>I need at least 50% of the payment before I start on the commission
>I will send the final finished commission once 100% of the payment have been received
>Do not send me money if I have yet to accept your commission

6. Refunds
>There will be no full refunds after I began the commission
>only 50% of full payment can be refunded before the second snapshot
>No money will be refunded if there are dissatisfactions with the final piece (updates on progress and chances for revisions would be given throughout the making of the commission)
>If I for any reason I am unable to continue the commission, full payment will be refunded

7. Copyright
>Commissions sold under the approximated price listed are for non commercial use. Meaning:
-The commissioner may not use the commissioned art for monetary purposes
-however, I will allow the art be used anywhere as long as the commissioner is not directly making money off of it (for example, a profile picture or banner for a youtube channel)
>I am allowed to post the final piece on my social media platforms, but this term can be discussed
>The commissioner does not have the right to claim that they are the one that created the art piece
>The commissioner can post the commissioned piece online without mentioning me (however it would be very much appreciated if I was :3)
